Exhaustion

I always seem to forget how tired I am the first month or so of school. Getting all the new changes in procedure down, the 10 million things I have do get done and that most of it was due yesterday, and then remembering how young my new students really are. It always amazes me how much they learn in 10 months and how much they grow. You forget how hard it is to re~train them each year :*) The only good thing is that I am to busy to eat and sometime forget to eat until supper. I have lost another 2 pounds!

As I was laying awake at 3:00am this morning, solving the problems of the world, I realized I had left the things I needed to get done at work. So I am laying awake fretting over not being able to sleep and not having the things I needed to work on since I was up. It is very frustrating. Things always seem worse at night. I stared at the clock until about 5:00, then the alarm went off at 5:30. Rise and Shine!
So as I sit here at 8:45pm after working another 10 hour day, running Kierstyn to soccer practice, getting home at 7pm, cooking supper and getting the girls bathed and ready for bed, the battery is dying a slow death on my laptop, the pillow, blanket and fan are calling my name just so that I can get up and do it all over again tomorrow...

Sorry to hear the adjustment is so hard. I hope it gets better soon!
