It has been a year...

I woke up on October 17, 2007 as a normal, crazy, rushed around morning getting us out the door for school. Nathan was out of town on business. At 1:00 I received a phone call from a stanger that changed our lives... Nathan had been in a serious car accident.

I look back on that day, as we hit the year anniversary and wonder.... Nathan was again out of town for the week. I found myself praying constantly for his safe return home later in the evening. He made it home safely and we were able to meet him for supper.

I believe we grow through tragedy. I believe that through prayer I can find comfort. Things may not always work out the way we want them too, but we find that they are in God's Will. I know now that God wanted my girls to keep their daddy and for me to keep my husband and the young lady that was also involved to allow her family to keep her also.

Here is the link to my post from a year ago. It is hard to go back and see the pictures and to read my post.

Oh Tamora, I know how important that one year thing is. I had that both with my recovery from Natalie's birth and then my Dad's accident. It is hard but healing.
